Kolb's Learning Cycle

The Ignite methodology is based on 'Kolb's experiential learning cycle." An integral, interactive approach and self-learning are the foundations of our training programs. Exercises, tasks and "real-life" situations are always part of the program. Each training module typically consists of four parts:

  • Experience: How do we do things today? What is our current position?

  • Reflection: What do we wish to achieve?

  • Conceptualization: New opportunities and views.

  • Experimentation: Understanding and skills put into practice.
